Refund Policy – 30-Day Easy Returns
Our Promise
We want you to love your home textiles. If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Return

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (except for manufacturing defects).

Opened bedding (sheets, pillowcases) can be returned as long as they are free of stains, pet hair, or odors.

Bath items (towels, bath mats) – hygiene seal must be intact unless defective.

Final sale items: Clearance products, gift cards, and mystery bundles cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return

Email logistics@jzsupplychain.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (deducted from refund unless the item is defective).

Please pack the items properly and contact us within 7 days after receiving the label to arrange for their return.
Return Costs

Defective or wrong item: Free return label, full refund including original shipping.

Change of mind: $
[5.99]return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank first. Then contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect (e.g., torn sheet, missing stitches), contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the defect (clear, well-lit)
We will send a free replacement or full refund immediately – no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Cancellations
You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed – please contact us quickly. We cannot cancel once shipped.
